Azienda Agricola Dottori Edoardo
Azienda Agricola Edoardo Dottori is a young winery located in Maiolati Spontini, in the heart of the Marche region.
Founded in 2018 by Edoardo Dottori, the company is dedicated to the production of organic wines, with a focus on Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.
The vineyards, spread over around 5.5 hectares, are cultivated according to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
Among the wines produced are “Collebianco”, “Kochlos” and “Nardì”, appreciated for their authenticity and quality. In addition to wine, the company also produces organic extra virgin olive oil.
In 2023, Edoardo Dottori was awarded the title of “Young Winegrower of the Year” by Slow Wine, an award that recognises his commitment and passion for sustainable viticulture.
